Petform’s Policies:

Bribery: Petform does not engage in or tolerate any form of bribery or corruption. It is contrary to the Company’s policy for any employee or third party acting on behalf of Petform to engage in any conduct, which may constitute bribery or corruption.

Disciplinary and Dismissal: The first stage of formal procedure will be an improvement note for performance or a first warning (writing) for misconduct if does not meet acceptable standards.
The second stage of formal procedure will be a final written warning.
The third stage of formal procedure will be disciplinary suspension, transfer or dismissal.

Discrimination: All decisions regarding recruiting, hiring, promotion, assignment, training, termination, and other terms and conditions of employment will be made without unlawful discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion, age, disability, work-related injury claim, political ideology, or any other factor which cannot lawfully be used as a basis for an employment decision.

PPE: Personal protective equipment will be provided, used, and maintained when it has been determined that its use is required to ensure the safety and health of our employees and that such use will lessen the likelihood of occupational injury and/or illness.

Sexual Harassment: Any Petform staffs, who believe that he/she is subject to any form of sexual harassment, should submit a complaint (verbal or written) in the regard to the Production Manager who is charged with initiating the investigation and processing the complaint as per the attached procedure.

Child / force Labor
All labor that will work in Petform should be 18 years old and above
Overtime is voluntary and should not exceed 60 hours in a month. It is the policy of Petform to respect the rights of all its workers equally and should not force any employee to do work outside contractually agreed tasks.
Prison labor is not within the scope of Petform policies
